** While we can perform all of our services onsite, some services can take several hours to complete.  Our technician can explain to you more about the expected service time. When a service is needed that can take several hours to complete, the technician may recommend an In-Store service.  Since the In-Store service is usually a flat rate cost, it can be a lower cost to you.  If you are not comfortable with the disconnection and/or reconnection of your PC, we can offer a low cost pick up and/or delivery service to our local areas.

*** Remote service requires access to a high speed internet connection.  All costs of Internet connection service, required equipment, or other related costs are the sole responsability of the customer.  Service contract applies to qualified labor costs only.  In the event parts are needed for system repair, parts must be supplied and/or purchased by the customer.  Discounts do not apply to any 3rd party service(s), shipping, or parts.
