System Restore (System Recovery or Reset)
This service resets your computer back to it's original out of the box state, or reinstalls current licensed operating system.  We then take care of updates, even reinstall your licensed software if available.

Service includes:
•
Reinstall the factory software using the Manufacturers Recovery media. (note: other methods may be available if factory recovery is not functional or unavailable.)

Remove Trial software commonly included from the factory.
•
Install all available Windows updates (this does not include Windows upgrades to newer version)
•
Optional: Install up to 5 software programs provided by the user. Install software and any required activation information must be provided by user.
•
Optional: Remote assistance to install primary printer
