PC Tune Up (Basic and Deluxe)
These services are designed to clean up system clutter, install important updates, remove adware, and more.  Please note: These services do NOT remove Viruses.

Service includes:

Dust Removal (Not available for remote service)
•
Remove Temporary Files and Internet cache, to free up disk space and improve web browser performance.
Note: Cookies and Browser History are not removed unless required to complete requested service. Ask associate for details.

Repair/Remove common Registry errors
•
Install/Update current or requested Anti-Virus software
•
Reset web browser settings to improve web performance.
•
Ensure critical Windows updates are set to automatic.
•
Deluxe Service: Remove Adware that causes slow performance and excessive pop up ads.
•
Deluxe Service: Check installed plug-ins and update/remove as recommended for improved security.
•
Deluxe Service: Install critical Windows Updates and urgent driver updates recommended by the system manufacturer.
(Does not include Windows upgrades, or feature updates)
Note: Disk defragment is no longer recommended for all systems. We will evaluate each system and determine the appropriate action.  Ask an associate for more details.
